Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas & Services
We deliver across Cyprus and to selected international destinations. Delivery options, lead times, and charges are displayed at checkout or quoted by our logistics team for oversized orders. For destinations not listed, contact us for a tailored quote.
5.2 Lead Times
In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order products have longer production timings, communicated during order confirmation. We will notify you if delays occur and provide revised estimates.
5.3 Access & Assembly
Please ensure clear access routes, including doorways, lifts, and staircases, before delivery. Standard service is kerbside or threshold. Assembly, installation, and white-glove delivery can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
5.4 Inspection on Delivery
Inspect packaging at delivery and note visible damage on the courier’s receipt. Report concealed damage within 48 hours with photos to help us resolve the issue quickly. Retain packaging until the case is resolved.
5.5 Missed Deliveries & Storage
If delivery is missed without prior notice, re-delivery or storage fees may apply. For made-to-order items, storage beyond agreed dates may incur warehouse charges. Contact us early to reschedule and avoid additional fees.
