We aim to keep product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, and colour representations accurate. Some variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, screen calibration, or natural materials. Custom or made-to-order items may vary within industry tolerances.
10. Prices, Taxes & Availability
Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated. We reserve the right to adjust prices before an order is placed. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Promotional pricing may be limited by time or stock.
11. Placing an Order & Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. We acknowledge receipt via email, but a binding contract forms only when we issue an order confirmation or ship the goods. We may decline orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or lack of stock.
12. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method. Card payments may require additional verification such as Strong Customer Authentication. Orders may be paused if payment cannot be verified.
13. Delivery, Risk & Title
Delivery options, timings, and charges appear during checkout or are quoted for oversized items. Risk of loss passes when goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient. Title transfers once full payment is received.
14. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you purchase online or by phone as an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to withdraw without giving reasons. To exercise this right, notify us using the contact details below. Return goods within 14 days of notifying us. Exclusions apply for custom-made or personalised items, sealed goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene reasons apply, and goods that cannot be returned without damage once assembled.
15. Legal Guarantee & Warranty
EU consumers benefit from a two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply, subject to their specific terms. These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for paid orders is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods.
17. User Content & Reviews
When you submit reviews, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You warrant that you own the rights to the content and that it is lawful, non-defamatory, and compliant with these Terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under your local law. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Payment, Invoicing & VAT
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on delivery location or order value. All payments are processed via secure PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers. Invoices include Cyprus VAT where applicable. For intra-EU B2B transactions and exports outside the EU, VAT treatment may differ; provide a valid VAT number where required. Ownership of goods remains with BBF DESIGN CY LTD until payment is received in full.

Complaints, ADR & ODR

Environmental & WEEE
When purchasing electrical appliances, you may request a like-for-like take-back service for responsible recycling (fees may apply). Please notify us in advance so that collection can be arranged. Packaging materials should be recycled where facilities exist; electrical items must not be disposed of with household waste.
Health & Safety / Installation
Large or heavy items must be installed by competent persons in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Ensure safe access routes, and use appropriate lifting equipment. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from improper handling or unauthorised installation.
