Warranty & Repairs
This policy outlines your statutory guarantee rights, what is and isn’t covered, and the steps we take to arrange repairs or replacements if something goes wrong with your purchase.
6.1 Legal Guarantee (Consumers)
EU consumers benefit from a two-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity from the delivery date. Report any defect within a reasonable time after discovery so we can investigate and offer the appropriate remedy.
6.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Many brands supply additional commercial warranties. These vary by manufacturer and product category. We will share the relevant documentation at purchase or upon request. Manufacturer warranties are complementary and do not affect your statutory rights.
6.3 What’s Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorised repairs, or damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g. humidity, temperature). Outdoor items must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
6.4 Repair / Replacement Process
To request support, email us with your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. We may arrange an inspection to assess the defect. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
